Hello everyone. I just wanted to drop in and say hello. Im 22 years old. I recently went through a rough time with my fiance (the wedding was called off). So i have a lot more free time now, and i need something to help work off some frustration. I have been wanting to put some weight on for a long time. I went to the picture section, and other places on your site, and it sure looks like you know what you are talking about. Im 6"3 about 170 lbs. I was always athletic in school and even after. I am small, im fairly strong for my size, but i would definatly like to weigh more. I would love to put on 25+lbs. From what i read that seems possible. I just wanted your thoughts on everything. I will be lifting with a friend. Any suggestions on what supplements to take and what excersizes to do. 25+lbs, i assume that is quite a long term goal? Thanks all, sorry for the run ons. I dont know much about body building, thats why im hear...to learn.. Thanks again.

Bro..if you're 6'3" you're not small by an means. I'll tell you truth...forget supplements. You're just wasting your money. The only thing you need to buy is some whey protein and lots and lots of food. At your height and weight...dude...just cram food all day, as much as you can. Obviously you've got to be lifting hard as well...but I'm assuming you've already figured that out. Eat at least six times per day. All you really have to do is eat hard and lift hard. Instead of spending fifty bucks on some bogus supplement, spend that fifty bucks on chicken breasts and brown rice and just eat until you can't take it anymore. That twenty five pounds of muscle will happen quicker than you think.

Wow Really? All because i have a large fram? Awesome, if i do this, is this something i will see results in a few months, or maybe even shorter? I mean i might not even mind going more than 25lbs....BUT i thought i really need to start somewhere and see how things go

Bro, as far as supps go, make sure you are taking a multi-vit at least. There are other supps you may want to get once you get the act down. But for now make sure you follow the advice above. Eat, eat, and eat some more. Protein as much as possible and moderate carbs. Higher carb ratio after a workout though. It may take you a few months but dude, it will be worth the results you will see. Welcome to BBF bro.

This is a really crappy pic, i just took with my phone. As you can see, i need a lot more size. At least i feel i do. I have been getting some bigger pecs sense high school, not that you can notice here. Once i get some better mirrors and a digital camera i will take some more. Any suggestions are welcome.
