| Well, first things first, I shall give my stats everyone seems to look at and go from there:D Age 21 (as of 3 days ago) Height 6'4" Weight 173ish bodyfat if you know it I dont know it training experienceI've goofed around with it for years, only seriously have dfone it and gotten decent results for about a year now Goals I'm not so much concerned with definition right now so much as overall size. I've always been really skinny, though respectably strong for my size, and I envision my final form as something like Batista or the like. I realize I have a very long way to go, and as a hardgainer its gonna take a long time, but I'm chipping away at it. I have no standing injuries or limitations, in the event one of my projects goes haywire or I just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, i generally heal up pretty nicely. Dietwise I try (try) and keep it mostly healthy. I generally switch it up a good bit but I usually have eggs and oatmeal in the morning. After a VERY long drawn out and overall nasty showdown with some vegans on another site and some own personal research and reflection, I am now currently trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables (ideally raw) in my diet, luckilly for me I have a pretty good background in survivalism as well, so when I'm hungry I can just walk outside and go about grabbing all sorts of wild plants and such. As for my name, I took it from the works of H.P. Lovecraft, basically its a big dark amorphous powerful being, much like yours truly. I've always been something of a lone wolf, growing up on a farm didnt exactly help me be too sociable, but I do like helping my friends, and being bigger and stronger would certainly help to those ends. As for available equipment, it depends on whether I'm at college (majoring in wildlife management) as there I have something of an actual gym, or back home I get to do of plenty of chores, and my parents just bought a bowflex revolution (I'm the only one who uses it tho ). | Alot of people think they are "hard gainers" when the reality usually is that they just dont realise how much big fellas are eating. For instance im CUTTING at the moment, not bulking and ive had a bowl of cereal, 5 peices of bacon on 3 peices of wholemeal bread, 2 chicken breasts with rice, then 1 chicken breast with rice. this is only from 8 till half 1. So can you see what kind of amount you need to eat if your BULKING?! If your 6ft, thats damn tall! which means you'll have to work extra hard to put weight on your limbs. So in other words you should never had food out you hand. Dont worry too much about eating healthy too. |

| yeah, im bulking right now and i'm 6'4. i eat roughly 8 chicken breasts in a given day, all spread out throughout the morning and afternoon, have about a cup and a half of oatmeal for breakfast every day, plus a regular lunch and supper, and then one last meal before i go to bed. and im not even gaining weight quickly, its slow going. i probably get just over 4000 calories in a day, maybe slightly more, and if you want to grow thats one of the biggest keys. if you wanna weigh 250 pounds, eat like you already weigh 250 pounds. |
