Hey guys, I am new to this forum and I have worked out a lot in the past, but fell out of the swing of things. I am now working on getting back into the gym and get myself back into shape. I have read a lot of very helpful advice on some of the threads on this forum and realize there are a lot of people here with much more wisdom than myself. I basically just want to introduce myself and I am looking forward to being a part of this forum.

i actually train in springfield mo at ozark fitness. i work there ever week so thats the gym i belong too. however when in tulsa i can train at some shit hole im sure you have heard of called all american. the place that takes everyones money and doesnt put a damn dime back into it. they suck bad!!!

sometimes i just buy a day pass with my buddy to access fitness.

oh ic ic... i use to work at access fitness in claremore... they have nice stuff there but the one that i was at was to much of a family atmosphere and i just didnt like that so i said the hell with that and switched to a gym where you can actually get something done. but ive never been to the one in BA it could be a lil different..

did you know they fanchised. darrel sold the one in ba to a dude name luke. not sure what his last name is. hes pretty cool though. that ba one is in need of some new equipment. its still much better then all american though.

is your gym right there on the east side of 66? seems like i remember seeing a place over there on my way back from yalls lake last month.

nah i didnt know that they sold the one in BA. the guy that owns the one in claremore name is dusty day so i never met darrel... the one that i worked at for awhile in claremore is only like a year old so the stuff is still like new... but yah thats where ironworks is.. right before you get into town behind that little shopping center. the weights are old but the place is just a hardcore type of gym.. i love it there!
