after i had problems with food and gym i stopped gaining weight and started losing it and when i became sick for a week i lost alot :(

Now after seing a pic of me when i was in to bb it boosted my confidence to do bb again. Right now im very skinny lol.

I am going to make a plan tomorrow.

Right now its Eat more, go to gym more, take creatine to boost my confidence :P and yea thats it for now.

so far on my 1st day of my new plan has been very good.
Went to the gym after had creatine with protein then 15 minutes later had rice, peas and a few Steak's then 2-3 hours later had more steak :D yummy :)
so far so good. Got to keep it up.

mmmmaybe a little longer than a week. But you soon get back into it :D Ive had 3 weeks off the gym. But it was intended. Back at it now. Lost quite a bit of strength but its flying back up. Thank god for muscle memory!
