| after i had problems with food and gym i stopped gaining weight and started losing it and when i became sick for a week i lost alot :( Now after seing a pic of me when i was in to bb it boosted my confidence to do bb again. Right now im very skinny lol. I am going to make a plan tomorrow. Right now its Eat more, go to gym more, take creatine to boost my confidence :P and yea thats it for now. |

| so far on my 1st day of my new plan has been very good. Went to the gym after had creatine with protein then 15 minutes later had rice, peas and a few Steak's then 2-3 hours later had more steak :D yummy :) so far so good. Got to keep it up. |

| mmmmaybe a little longer than a week. But you soon get back into it :D Ive had 3 weeks off the gym. But it was intended. Back at it now. Lost quite a bit of strength but its flying back up. Thank god for muscle memory! |
