| my goal is too add about 1-2 inches of mass around my arms within the next month rite now ive been doing tricep and bicep exercises twice a week and taking whey protein and i have had no results wat can i do to achieve my goaal?!:screwy: |

| 1 month??? If that happens let us all know how you did it. Truth is bro, things don't come overnight, much less a month. You have to put in hard work,time,effort,discipline in order to reach your goal. |

| to achieve your goal you need to start researching... you have started that by coming here... you need to focus on the entire body... you'll grow faster and stronger working everything instead of a certain body part... time, dedication and heart is what this takes... oh and diet, training and rest ;) |
