But Creatine Enzymes normal range 50-190 and mine were..... 1396....

drink more water and get some detox for your liver and kidneys

Where can I get the detox and what is it called,

I drink at least a gallon of water a day, usually more, so i don't think it is that.

Just putting this out there:

I looked up High Creatine Kinase levels online (Because im a fkn hypocondriac) and it says it could be a prcursor to a lot of bad things (kidney failure, brain tumor, muscle damage, etc.)

so it is officially scaring the ever living sht out of me,

anyone have these spikes?

No. i eat tons of protein and my values come back normal. Im not sure what to make of that buddy. It looks like your body is not efficiently processing the protein that its taking in. Whats your doc say?

he said it's too much protein, i thought that was wrong.

BUT

I do have lower back pain and pain in the left side of my trap muscle...

possible muscle damage is making it spike?

Hmmm, id consult with a specialist. nothing against your doc but General practitioners are kinda like the Jack of all trades, master of none.
