Hey, was just wondering if I could get some advice.
I have a doctor's appointment this week to get some blood work done.
I'm just wondering if you guys are open to your doctor and letting him/her know what suff your on..?

I didn't tell my doctor because I was afraid of what he would say. He did ask me I just said no

This is a very delicate thing.If your doc has known you for lots of years and you trust him them I would say,yes tell him.If you've only known him for a few years then,no don't tell him shit.Some of these doc are required to report this to your med file and that will only open up another can of worms.

Here in the UK no I would not unless like Regino said you have known them for years, plus foresee using this doctor for years to come. Here it is put on permament record and this can cause bias later down the line with new doctors. I would still get the full blood works done of course

I wouldn't tell them might get back to your insurance if it's in your med chart. If he is curious why you are getting blood work and sort of want to tell the truth say you have been taking some PH like M1T, DHEA, and andro or something.
