| I usually just have a big meal of carbs. When I was doing keto I was using loads of caffeine. Biggest motivator is what goes on inside my head before and during training. |

| i find that i build up an immunity to those preworkout supps after using them for about two weeks... i'll continue to up the dosage, but it doesn't have the same kick it did in week one and two... recently started doing a ten min cardio warmup before my workouts and surprisingly, i feel more from that then i do now from the NO product... |

| After i run out of No-xplode i wont buy it again because it has no efects on me like it used to (waste of money to keep using it). I will start drinking milk with sugar in it before a workout (used to do that long time ago and it gave me great results). |

| i would agree. caffine i believe has been proven to almost instantly give you a small increase in strength. i think i read it in m&f |

| i went to the Mr O and got a whole lot of small packets to try. I like them all!!!! Anything with crack in it |
