| I'm new here but so far this seems like a good place for info. I am fairly new in the world of muscle. Ive always been a short fat guy but since I arrived in Iraq I have done alot to change that. I have alot of time on my hands so I work out in the Gym and on the Mat. I have found a real Love in the Sport of Jiu Jitsu. I'm not very strong but I'm hoping that that will soon change. You may see me ask some stupid questions about the proper way to do something or something in that direction. Please refrain from spiting in my face. I signed up here cause it seemed like a good place to meet and talk to some guys that enjoy doing some of the same things that I do. Have a good one guys Billy Jack |
