does anyone do this or should i not break my diet at all? i workout 6 days a week. lift weights 2 days then run two day then weights again then a day off. sometimes i choose a saturday or sunday to eat what i like but is it something i shouldnt do or should i just not care? will it affect me badly?

It's not too hard once u have a routine it all depends too...sometiems ill eat fast food twice a month but then ill go on a training course and not touch anything but my 3 square meals a day for 2 months.

yeah im lifting while running to get to my base weight and see my abs while still work on my muscles so im eating about 4-6 small meals a day. quite fun yet torturous at times. we will c.

it gets easier the longer you do it, and eventually your desire for it will completely dissapate

i enjoy good food 2 times a mounth. Its not lke its ganna make you loose your gains and strength! Just dont make it a habbit!!!!!
