For the past 3 weeks or so I've had some sort of pain between my pecs. Im not sure what the hell it is and it's not incredibly painful or anything it just gets annoying because I'm unsure as to whether or not it could lead to a bigger problem. It's right in the middle mid-chest. Could it be some sort of muscle damage or a cracked rib or something?:confused:

ya i was gonna ask if you let the bar hit your chest hard when you bench

No I use only free weights mostly for my chest. 80 pound dumbells for flat chest press and inclined chest press and no weight ever touches the chest. I like to touch the weights together at the top of the lift so maybe that's what hurt it? Or maybe when I bring them down I possibly go to far? although i don't go that far so i unno...any ideas anyone?

Your heart is in the middle of your chest as well. I would go get checked out.
