man i've been to the gym 2 times in two weeks..the last full week i put in at the gym i looked incredible..like i won or something..i certainly pulled away from the pack at my gym...i am 205 but look 235,,lean cut and huge..people tell me all the time,,then i just stop going for a week or two//all the while it will take a mth to get back the 2 weeks i took off...!! why do i pull this shit? i blame it on my daughter being home for march break and having no babysitter,,but really its a excuse,,a lousy one...HELP!!

its alright man, nobody is perfect... don't get too down on yourself bro. i'm sure hardly anyone here can say honestly that they haven't ever missed a day or two in the past year. just keep with it, you are a beast, its part of your life and it will all come back

I have been in the gym about 4 times the last month bro and I think I looked better last night than when I was working out everyday a month ago. I had veins across my chest my muscles where round and I looked killer. Then I woke up and had a 6 pack I took a month of gear while I was at it and this week was my first INJ in about a month also. Strange stuff is in the air but my diet is always great so I deff think that helps

thx lil bit.. but i don' t want to be caught! its been kinda like cani said..i must be good and healed up cause although i lost a bit of size i look pretty good cause my dieat is still intact..just less intake.

I dont know why people say you should only take a week off 1 or 2 times a year? I take a week off about every 2 months!! Works for me.
