i know about major changes in life,last year i got custody of my two sons when thier mom abandoned them and at the same time my 2nd wife divorced me because she did not want to be a full time step mom,she was older than me and never had children of her own,she gave me a choice let me boys go to foster care or she would divorce me,i made the right choice,no way could i let my boys down,my boys are doing great and i am a proud full time single dad.:cool:neo

sup yall. been a while for me aswell. hope all is well and everyone is getting big!

first for me it was a job change so that really efd my schedule all up. then having to move from one location to another and hating the gym that i had to transfer my membership too. shortly there after i had to have my ACL replaced. i figure i was not training for 3-4 months. i joined a new gym last week. only got to train twice last week. man was i beat up the next day after! this week looks like i can fit at least 3 days in. look forward to browsing the boards again. see yall around!
