| There are a lot of soy haters in the world. The way I see it, soy is one of the most complete plant sources of protien. There's a decent amount of evidence that soy has several health benefits for humans. It does contain plant estrogens. The conventional wisdom amongst "experts" is that these estrogens have hormonal benefits for women, but tend not to affect male test production. I'm not a doctor or nutritionist...I don't know for sure... but I have done a decent amount of soy research, drank plenty of it, and I don't see it as dangerous. |
