| Hows everybody doing AB shortz regino and crew... I have been off the boards for a while but ill be around asking question and giving advise to anybody that wants it. Ive been working out hard for the last couple of months after falling off for a couple of months durning the summer. My stats now are 6'2 265 prob in the mid to high 20s for bf im looking to start a new diet and training program. Im eating right and not losing any weight. Cardio for 30 to 40 mins 5 - 6 times a week. Im sure the weight ive been putting up doesnt help my cause so im taking next 2 weeks to just do cardio starting monday. I need to get the BF down |
