Hey guys I am wondering for people newer into weightlifting do you think it's better to go completely into it right away or to take your time slowly adjusting your life. For example, I think I weight lift pretty regular now, I have increased my protein to about 180- 215 range per day, but the rest of my diet isn't there yet. I am just nervous that if I try to go all out I will fall off the wagon. At the same time I am nervous that without getting my diet into place my results will suck and I will fall off the wagon cause of that. Any suggestions?

Well I have decided to give up any food that is fried, I am still thinking about giving up beer for the next two months, I just don't know if I can do it, I am a bit of a bar star, kinda a bad thing. I am going to cut back at the very least.

Thanks alot, just a question are there some drinks I can get at bars instead of beer that will be somewhat ok for me, like a rum and diet coke or something? I am not sure if it's alcohol itself that messes you up or the calories, maybe both?
