| I've been on a cutting diet for about 5 weeks now and is going very good. My diet is pretty tight and only have one cheat meal per week. What i consider a cheat meal is say a healthy burger (extra lean beef whole wheat bread and maybe some low fat cheese), thai food with light oil extra veggies, Mexican food, sushi, or greek food. My only weakness though is beeeer! I have sweets maybe twice a year so that has never been a problem. I've always had a sour tooth. I love beer man. not to get drunk but just to have 2 or 3. Whenever I crave one I look at a picture of Arnold posing on stage!! lol. What can I do? Sh#t!! Didn't Arnold always drink beer while training? | i think beer is disquisting. i can hardly drink it on force. So i drink Vodka (only at [good] party's). |

| If you are dying to have a beer I suggest having a little. For me a little won't hurt your diet that much. |

| Sorry it took a while to reply. Yeah, I'm on gear. Only 30mg of Anavar and 16mg of albuterol though. The Albuterol ive been off for a few days to freshen receptors. Maybe thats why im craving the brew. |

| beer is a scary word for me ,it caused me a lot of problems ,i just stay away from alcohol ,and my life has been great,more money in my pocket. |
