| Well my goals are to gain weight....I am a naturally small girl so I want to gain good mustle mass and up my weight!! I basically wanna look and feel amazing and being in total shape is just huge for me :) |

| And to add to that, since the middle of January I have gone frome 115 to 135 and tatolly maintained so I am quite happy with that....there's nowhere but up from here guys!! |

| Well thank you very much...I think so too!! Its also great because my actual size hasn't changed much...just the amount of muscle I have and being completely toned! |

| I am too in your situation, I am 5'6'' about 120 lbs...looking to add about 15 lbs. Got any tips or tricks? I work out with the guys 5 days a week. I eat alot...take protein...etc. My body has plateaued at 120lbs. What is the one thing that you think helped you get to your goal weight? |

| try cani and bblondon, bearman...:banghead: lol and unfortunately thats all the couples I can think of, though storm seems to share his rice pudding with many of the board members. congrats on your progress dee! Just got back from working out w/ cani and I think my legs almost fell off moving some more of our furniture upstairs. Workouts with boyfriends are tough, but I think we benefit. plus their not half bad look at all sweaty and pumped. :laughing: Thats a great size your at, are you looking to get into fitness and figure, or are you working for aesthetics? |

| Hey!! One thing that you always need to keep in mind is changing your workout routine all the time, you need to totally shock your muscle's in order for them to keep building. Protein is good but don't take too much...I had a bad experience so I suggest to take protein after your workout. At your size that would be all that you'll need. I also workout 5 days a week and I do a mixture of free weights and simple toning exercises like the exercise ball and skipping. The only cardio I do is outside the gym...when you are already small you don't need as much (if you do cardio at the gym, do it after your workout) I hope that helps you for now, good luck and don't hesitate to ask me anything :) |
