| Starve diest are a waste of time and not to mention, bad for you. You need to cut your carbs, all sugar, pasta and bread, and eat only 2 carb sources per day. Also, crunches help build ab muscles, but it doesn't burn fat. Post your current diet and we will try to help you out. I will warn you though, no matter what we tell you, you cannot give it up after just a week or two. Eating to keep body fat low and stay healthy is a lifestyle, not something you do when you feel fat. |

| My diet is 1st if any slimfast drink or nothing at this time. I tried eggs bacon and grape fruit drink for a year .2nd turkey lettuse 2boild eggs still eating that, been for too years. 3rd bake chicken no skin or steak or shirmp. dessert fruit, apples,bannas, or fruit roll ups sometimes sunflower seeds . my workout is 530 am.If I eat anything else its a cookie 1or 2 ,or 2 or3 bitesof icecream. this is no joke. |

| Well, your diet is cleaner than I expected to see. What is your weight, age and height? Have you ever checked your BF? Well, I am going to go in a little different direction here. Have you ever been obese? When was the last time you saw a doc? The reason I ask is because you may want to have your thyroid checked. If you are, in fact, eating this clean, then you may have hypothyroidism. In the meantime, give us your stats and maybe we can come up with a certain caloric intake and make sure that you have expended your diet and cardio issues. Are you running 3-4 times a week already? I suggest that you start going for times instead of distances. Try for a low intensity cardio one day and a high intensity cardio the next. |

| I really dont know what obese weight to height is for me to be calling my self obese. I'm 5'11 238lb 32yrs. 1yr ago my weight was 222to225. The product Iwas taking always had ephidera in it.I started gaining weight an checked it and they switched it no longer available.I new the health risk I never abused it . my blood pressure stayed ok. My wife is a nurse she hated me taking it . After that here came the weight. I always fight with myself about going to the doctor yes I even have great insurance. I am finally going to schedule a visit . |

| Your diet is way off! WHat you wrote is "maybe???? a little????? 1 or 2 or 3??????" I'm sorry, I don't mean to flame but you're gonna have to do better than that. Start by writing down EVERYTHING you eat EVERYDAY for a week or better 2 weeks. Write down even a coke. Then we can see where you are and where you're going. Alot of people (especially myself for years) say "I don't eat that much" but when I finally broke it down i found I was eating ALOT more than I thought! You'd be surprised how fast it adds up. Write down everything to a TEE and post it, then a few of the very knowledgable members here can help you make a 6 meal a day diet properly. knowing exactly how many carbs/proteins/fats you eat a day. Then after a few weeks, small adjustments can be made. A proper diet shouldn't really feel like a diet, just eating cleaner foods, smaller amounts and more often.......I lost 110 lbs so far doing this and my only regret is that I didn't learn how to eat properly alot sooner! |
