Hi everyone, I'm new here. This is my little story.. (Sorry if it's long).
I'm 20 years old now. During when I was 15 years old I started working out at home. All I did were dips(push ups), stomachs(abs) & squats. Whenever it got easy for me, I increased the reps that I did. Finally I ended up doing 120 of each, in 2 seperate sets, daily.. No jokes alright.. I maintained that rate for a good straight 7 months. This made my body amazingly toned & shaped. It didn't make me big though, naturally. Whenever I took my shirt off, guys would go "wow" & ask me what I've been into. It was superbly sculpted. My packs, biceps, tris, shoulders, abs.. mainly upper body.
When I was aroung 19, I had stopped all of that & started going to a gym. Now I'm almost 21 & I have bulked a bit.
The thing is, I don't gain weight or even loose weight largely. Some guys say they've lost 5 kilos or gained 5 kilos. For me, well, I'm around about 50 k's, but I don't go down alot or go up alot. Maybe it's because I couldn't change my schedule freaquently. I was stuck on my 2nd schedule for about 1 year! That was a waste!
My current schedule (2 day-split workout) has 3/4 sets for each exercise & I do 6/7/8 reps.
Anything different that I could or do? Any tips or suggestions?
Thanks for your time..!

My diet.. Well, I don't know how to say it. Our food intake in this part of the globe is different to what you guys have, I guess. I've gone to some other web sites & eveybody talks alot about the diet. So I'm gonna concentrate on eating a bit more these days. I don't know how to tell you what my diet is..

My work out routine..
Day01 - Sqauts, Leg press, Half squats, Back press, Front press, Shoulder press, Tricep french press, Lying down triceps, Tricep cabe push down, Caves.
Day02 - Cross bench pull over, Pecdec, Bench press, Incline bench press, Lat workouts, Barbell curl, Dumbell curl, Wrist curl, ABS.
The sets vary a bit. Mostly, they've got 3 or 4 sets of 8 or 6 reps each.

That's about it.
Is this alright? For me, the schedule is ok. Maybe it could get better.
Thanks.

What kind of food do you eat and where are you from?

I'm from Sri Lanka (in South Asia).. don't know whether you're familiar with it. No fuss if you arn't. What about you?

We eat alot of rice - that's our main diet. Along with it, we take meats like; chicken, beef, fish, sometimes pork.. Also we take vegitables & stuff. All this might sound familiar to you, but I know that in western countries you have a better intake of meat & fruit nutrients.. things like that (well, I'm assuming you're from somewhere there..).
I'm planning on overlooking my diet from now. Hoping to focus on it a bit more, if you know what I mean. Maybe eat a bit regularly.

How often do you eat? I mean, do you eat in between main meals? Does it work? What about breakfast?

Thanks..

I am from the junk food capital of the world...America!!

I like to eat 3 good meals a day asnd have 2-3 protien shakes in between and I will have snacks every now and then. I like peanut butter and milk before bed because it helps to beat hunger all night.
