Well, the saying goes, abs are made in the kitchen. It's almost all diet and cario. he workout part is just bringing them up a bit. You need to get BF down low enough to see them though.

do you have a good cardio plan that could help me?

Low intensity to moderate intensity should be good. Target heart rate is a little different for this than cardio. It's usually about 20bpm less. 4-5 days a week for about 20-30 mins. You can mix high intensity in there too. It's shorter sessions with sprint like speed.

Cardio is the most boring thing i could imagine doing........so when you get that urge to get off the treadmill 5 minutes earlier, just think about you're goal. And try the eliptical trainer instead of the treadmill...for some reason it burns more calories then just walkin.

I recommend walking/jogging in a park instead to prevent being bored. Running in the grass is easier on the joints too, in case you have knee and ankle problems.

The fastest way for most people to burn fat is to build more muscle. You burn more calories just walking around during the day then during a typical 20-30 minute workout. Don't stop doing the short cardio workouts because they make you feel better. Your diet is far more important however and your muscle weight because your will burn far more calories in the 23.5 hours your not on the tread mill. That is not to say however thats the fastest way. If you want to lose weight by working out you need to bump it up to 45 minute to 2 hour workouts. If you get your heart rate up for 45 minutes your metabolism will kick in for over 2 hours and you will burn calories cooling down. The leanest athletes most people know are highschool wrestlers because they go to practice for 2ish hours a day and keep their heart rate up most of that time.
