I don't keep all of mine, only the one that I used when I started lifting weights, and one to keep track of my current status. I always break open my old training book when I'm bored and I can never get over how weak I was. Here were some numbers. This was when I first started. Flat DB press 35lbsx12x3 Skull Crushers 40lbsx7x3 Flies 20lbsx12x3 BB rows 100lbsx8x3 Chins assisted 8x3 DB curls 35lbsx6x3 I am sure those felt REALLY heavy! LOL Things got even better when I got a bench and started using a BB for benching. Bench- 90lbs for 8 reps!!

I thought it was cool that I could bench 135 5 times in high school. One day I was all pumped I could bench 185, but it turned out my friend was helping a lot and everyone laughed at me when I tried with a different spotter. For 2 years after High school I did nothing, then started lifting again. I weighed 135 pounds, was the same height I am now and could barely bench that much. On squat I couldn't even do 150 without crippling myself. I was 20 years old. God I wish I had been training the whole time.

"On squat I couldn't even do 150 without crippling myself. I was 20 years old." Holy shit bro, that was me too. Except, I was 22. It's embarassing being a "grown man" and puting up the weights that some of us did when we started. That's why I lifted at home until I could bench 135 for easy reps. Isn't it odd how things work out. Now I can't bench and I don't give a shit. LOL
