| im 16 and 6' tall. when (age) did you guys stop growing, and at what height? should i expect to keep gowing or stop? |

| Tried to answer this early, but I got a 911 call. It was a good one. Some old demented guy going ape shit on the nurses at an assisted living facility. Anyway, there is really no way of telling unless you get an X ray and see if your plates have closed. There are certain ones that could be open your whole life though. I think that a majority of kids stop growing at about 16, but it's not uncommon to stop growing at 12 or 20. One kid could be the tallest in his class in grammer school, but then end up the shortest when he graduated. |

| its different for females and males, but generally women stop at 15-17, and men stop at 18-21. there are always people who break the norm tho. im 18, 6 foot 4, and im still growing. |

| If this is for juicing purpose you ask I'd say wait. You might be done growing vertically, but not broadening. I was 6'2" since like 14 or 15. Never got any taller but my weight changed from 175lbs-215lbs when I wasn't even lifting, bf only increased 2%. Just my take on things. |

| I was 6'3" when I graduated high school, and I was 6'4" when I graduated college. Hope that helps |
