| I wanna put on 10 pounds of muscle. I train hard and weigh 175. Is it possible to put on 10 pounds without it all goin to ur midsection. Id liek to keep my abs. Also alot of guys say eat eat eat eat. What foods are best to eat which wont make u fat. I dont wanan eat junk. Also when buyin food, im guessin its good to buy foods with little to no fat at all? and go for foods wit high protein and some carbs. |

| look at the healthy grocery list I postin the diet fourm and no u have to be willing to add some fat to get big |
