Does anyone have a day where they directly train Abs? I personally never do abs. I'll do a few crunches here and there, but I don't go out of my way to set a day for Abdominals. don't you use your abs for the majority of your exercises anyways?

i do abs about once a week....abs are a muscle group...so they should be trained in the same frequency as you would train anything else....think bout that! :D

I agree with freak. NO need to hit them so often. Once maybe twice a week at best. Abs dont need to get killed all the time. You wont get the 6 pack from doing crunches. Its all based on your BF. If its low you will see abs if its high you wont. You cant flex fat.

to get killer abs, your diet has to be in check so that you shed all the fat around the abdomen area....throw in cardio too. The excersizes dont burn the fat around that area, they just shape the abs. Do not do situps or any ab movement with weights, as all you are doing is putting on size on the abs, and if you do too much, your waist will get thicker.
