Hey everyone, I've just recently started using weights maybe 3 months, and over the last month my biceps have growen about 1/4 of an inch, is this normal, because it doesn't seem like a lot of growth. thanks, Craig P.S. I'm 15, 6 feet tall (almost) and 150 pounds, if that matters.

thanks, just going along with this, will this growth stay constant? And with other body parts, my lats aren't equal, my right is much bigger than my left so if i keep working them will they equal out? craig

They will equal out if you do lifts where your right can't compensate for your left. Bent over row would be a lift that I'd recommend. Eventually it should even out.
