| swimming works muscles weights cant.i think it will prevent pinched nerves also.it helped me do more sit ups overall if u swim alot. dont swim with your eyes closed. :banghead: i read some good info also, thx for the info peeps.1 more thing what does it mean when 1 arm gets tighter then the other one, some times i have to stop because 1 arm gets 2 tight. it is my left arm and it is specifically where the arm bends in. is this normal to some people. thx ppl. :) |

| first off when I swim wear goggles keep your eyes open. Second I wear either ear plugs or a swimming cap to keep water out of my ears because I hate that. If one arm is getting tired I am suspecting you are talking about freestyle I would suggest you change your breathing like every three strokes don't just do one side for your breathing. Just my .02 cents |

| i also got surgery on my wrist,a certain tendon hurts in it after like 3 yrs have gone by,do i need to use weights to complete the healing process(to make that tendon pain go away) thx :hi: |

| 1 more thing hehe,i want a six pack and when i do cardio do i have to leave all fats outa my diet or can i have a occasional cookie hehe,i can resist them i jus wanna know if it matters that much when it comes to occasional cookies or brownies etc...... thx again peeps |

| well, honestly, diet is the main key to get a six pack no matter how much cardio you do. Dont be having occasional things every day, have one cheat day once every other week, or even once a week. |
