| Ok i am very new to weightlifting. I just started a few months ago because my friend got me hooked. At first after every workout i was in pain. Now no matter how much weight i do in my workouts im not sore the next day. :banghead: Do you think im doing something wrong? if i try something new i feal it the next day and a few after that, but after the first time i feal nothing. Any ideas would be helpful. |

| being sore is;nt really a ture measure of a good workout or not atleast IMO |

| your body is just use to it now. Your working out pretty good I'm sure. Just think of the pump you get you know you are working them then thats the best part I think. As Arnold said, "Pump is like cumming." :laughing: |
