| i started workign out 6 months ago, and one question i have is about my abdomen. ok, i have a six pack but only when i flex it, but when i dont it just bulges out, it doesnt seem like theres any fat, it doesnt jiggle around or nothing, now my question is, i see guys all the time with "ripped" abs, if i run with my stomach look like that or what? why is that and what can i do? if it helps im 5' 6" 140lbs. i got my BFP and its only 10% any tips would help thanks |

| well you gonna need to have well delveloped abs for them to show besides that try loosing antoher %1 or 2 |

| so would you suggest heavy work out for my abs and some cardio? another question, is it bad to lift and run? thanks |

| Many of the pics you see of BBers with ripped abs, they are set up for the pic. For instance, just before the pic is snapped, they blow all of the air out of their lungs and flex and it makes their abs look even more shredded. Sometimes when you have a high cal diet, it's difficult to prevent that little bulge you were speaking of. At about 8%, that bulge generally isn't noticable to other people and I doubt it's noticable even now to others. Looking down on it makes it look alot bigger than looking at it from straight ahead. ;) |

| I think weighted sit ups are good some say they make ur waist thicker I think it is fine for crunches but u don't want ot get your obliques thick. it's like any muscle it need ot be developed |
