I am about to get a membership to a local gym, I have been working out at my house for a while now. My current workout is working well for me, except I dont seem to be making gains in my shoulder, specifically when doin lateral raises. I am making gains doing dumbell presses but I can tell my posterior deltoid is lacking in growth. Also I want to focus more on my Upper chest and lats. Can someone tweak my routine more for what i want to focus on?

3 sets 10 8 6 unless otherwise noted

M:Chest Shoulders Tris
Flat Bench
Incline
DB Press
Lat Raises
Shrugs
Skull Crushers

W:Legs and abs
Squats
Hamstring Curls
Leg Extensions
Decline Crunches 2 sets 20 reps
Reverse crunches 2 sets 20 reps

F: Back and bis and abs
Deadlifts
Bent arm Barbell pullover
barbell curl
dumbell curl
Decline Crunches 2 sets 20 reps
Reverse crunches 2 sets 20 reps

I feel like i could be working my biceps more also, after a week they are just twitchin to be worked again. Do you guys think that shoulders and bis twice a week is a bad idea? Tweak it and let me know.

Yes shoulders and bi's a tiwce a week is mroe than likely a bad idea

if you want ot concentrate on your posterier delts then use rear delt flys but rember your rear delts are hit on heavy rowing movements.

if you want to work upper chest prioritize it and do it when ur fresh before flat bench

if you want a good back you gotta do heavy back movements Deadlifts are a good start but I'd drop the bent arm pull overs becuase not everyone uses their lats in those alot of guys use chest in it too.

i'd thrwo in some barbell and t-bar rows for back and drop the bent arm pullover

So i should do both of those exercises in place of pullovers? What about pullups, are they not as good for lats?

and can someone tell me which is better for building mass in the chest, dumbell flys or barbell press. what is the difference?

throw both in didtch the sissy pull overs

barbell presses will add more size to your chest
