| I have been using creatine since mid jan, and since I think that loading is not going to get me anywhere fast I have been taking 5 gr on days that I workout 30 min to 1 hr b4 a w/o. Should I stop taking it for a while once a month (cycle it) or is it okay to take it all the time? |

| What i reccomend is keep taking it as long as you are continualy making progress. Once the gains slow stop use for a few weeks. Then after a a month or 2 i would reccomend going with CEE or swolev2. If you have alot of Mono left stack the 2 together for an awsome stack. |

| How long can you keep the stuff in the bottle until it goes bad. I've the same bottle from GNC since Jan. taking only 5 gr a day with no loading it stays awhile. |

| I have a can of MOno from AST that expired back in Oct and i used it thru Feb and it was fine.I wouldnt worry about it. Just keep it in a dark cool/room temp place and you should be fine. One other thing i would say since creatine is so cheap go ahead and take 5 grams before lifting and then another 5 after lifting. I usually take 10g before and 10 after to make sure i am absorbing enough. Its overdoing it alittle but i dont wanna waste the opportunity before and after.Since Mono absorbs very little i would rather have to much then not enough. Good luck |

| keep in mind that creatine stresses the liver, and it builds up in the system as well. At one point, while i was on creatine for a couple months, i had to get my appendix removed, and my creactine levels in my liv-tox screen was off the charts. I was taking about the same as you were gressler.... SO....capm...Id suggest you just change your creatine dosages to 5g preworkout and 5g postworkout...that will be plenty and will do the trick. As for off days (not working out) take 5g first thing in the morning when you wake up. |

| how does every feel about taking the liquid form? do i really need to go through a loading cycle? the manufacture, ATP, says i can just take the liquid form right before a workout. am i cheating myself here? |

| nope....ive read on liquid creatine (the stuff in the dropper bottle) and its supposedly good....id take some preworkout and some postworkout |
