Hi,

My biscep's are 15in from last 3 month, I workout six day's a week and one day off. With single body part per day. I think i had stricked the plateau :banghead: and how can I break it. any kind of suggestions are accepted.

I weigh 162lbs. I take 3 meals a day coz of busy schedule. I take no suppliments.

You have to find a wat to eat. If you cant eat then take protein shakes. Eat pb and j if you have to!!! You need to eat to grow. :D

It is rare to see a true meso most people are a mix of 2 of the three types would need to see pics to be able to tell..

Looking back at your post how tall are you at 162?? Age stuff like that will help...I seriously doubt you are a meso like I said it is rare to see them...Tom Platz was a true mesomorph...

^^ also whay he is probaly not a meso..A meso grows like a weed and a true meso can train all the time and get massive...Meso's get big and hard pretty easy they may have a problem with a bit of BF but when the diet is good they are freaks...

I know i am mesomorph becasue my body responds very well to workout and diet especially my shoulders and my chest. I am 5.8 inch tall and my weight is 75Kg. Because of my fractured leg i never squat heavy that is way my legs are alway's weaker part of my body. Can any buddy suggest me what workout would be best for my legs to add bulk in them.

look at either my powerlifting journal or silverbacks workout they're both in the training section

and eat 6-7 meals aday if you want to grow

Just b/c your body respnds well does not make you meso..My body does also and I am def not a meso..Meso's are noramlly very stocky looking guys kinda like the brick walls of BBers look at pics of Platz as I said he is a true mesomorph..Natual or not unless your 5% bf your not souding like a meso at your ht and weight..Once again withot pics I can't say for sure..Getting big legs is a basic easy thing..Squat,leg press and leg curls heavy and hard...So your saying your leg is still broken?? if it isn't then why not work on squating heavy again??

My first thought was also that you are over trained. Cut back to no more than 4 days a week. Guys don't realize that the more activity you do, the more you have to eat to make up for it. At 6 days a week, I am sure you need to be eating atleast 4000 cals to prevent from being over trained and even that isn't a sure way.

Growing happens out of the gym, not in. Remember that the Central nervouse system needs to recover too.

Calculated protien intake only 60g / day. Need to look after my diet :(. Basic reason.

Thanx everyone for your suggestions.

Your advice really helped me. I had now improved my diet and results are comming out in good shape :). Can you people suggest me how many excersices do i need to do for my arms.
