| I'm kinda stuck where I've been for a few months now on my bp. It's pretty good, but I've tried to do these press boards and since i'm working out by myself.... just can't seem to keep the dam board from moving. i'm in a local gym, so i can't be too extreme or they raise a flag. does anyone have an alternate means to get the same results for partials? i've done them on a smith, but really can't go down far enough to the sticking point as i would with the boards. i probably should tape em' to my body. |

| dude...if your gonna be benching, etc...get a SPOTTER!! get two spotters...one to spot the bar, and the other to hold the board for the press. or you can just get in the squat cage, and set the pins at the height you want em to be at and bench off that |

| Yeah! Just got back from the gym and did it with the cage.. My triceps are like jello......... i feel like i was in the Morales VS Paquio the other week....... |
