Hey guys i work out pretty hard and i usually have a physic around sylvester stallon in rambo 1 but i got really sick for a few weeks and my muscles went WAY down and i wanna kno if there are any good ways to get it back or if its easier to get muscle back after youve lost it. Please help

jsut get back on a good fiet and get back ot the gmy it will come back pretty fast alot faster thna it took ot put on
