| Im 22 And , Im 6foot Tall And Weigh 155 Lbs I Ve Tried Some Supplemants Such As Cell Tech Whey Proteins No2 , But Nothing Seems To Work , I M Skinny , But I Cant Seem To Build Mass Or Strength,, My Metabolism Is High And I Eat A Lot. I Thought About Using Steroids But Dont Know If It Would Help Because Im Skinny , I Just Found Out About The Legal D-bol And Other Test Suspension , What Do I Do . |

| Bump to the freak. You are nowhere close to needing AS. You need to eat. Work on your diet. Its the most improtant thing in bodybuilding. When you say you eat alot what do you mean? What do you eat and how much?And when? |

| When I started lifting, I was 6'3'' 158lbs. From the time I woke up, til the time I went to bed, i was eating. After a couple months, I began waking up in the middle of the night to eat and my weight shot up like crazy from that. I think I hit 186 within 8 months. Here is what my meals looked like back then. Meal 1 Scrambled eggs 100% whole wheat toast and milk Regular Pepsi before gym Gym time Meal 2 PWO shake Meal 3 Peanutbutter and honey sandwich and milk Meal 4 Usually Chicken with rice or hamburg with cheese and vegie Meal 5 Shake Meal 6 Tuna Meal 7-Midnight Peanutbutter |
