| Been hitting cardio for 2 weeks now. I have spent the last 4 years gaining weight, so I never wanted to do cardio. It would have just made it harder to gain. Now I am getting to the point that I am starting to feel heavy on my feet and just out of shape. Not to mention, i want to look good for summer, so I started a diet too. This is how my cardio schedule is going to look like. Weeks 1-8 cardio ED Lifting days 10 minutes of interval training. Nonlifting days will be 20-25 minutes of interval training. Week 9-??? Nonlifting days cardio twice a day and lifting days will be the same as above. |

| i started the same thing 2 weeks ago as well.... same issue;been strictly strength training. Now, it's time to shed some pounds & keep as much muscle & strength as possible. |
