| ive been lifting now for about 3yrs and i cant seem to get cut. I lift everyday except fri,sat,sun usually doing chest/tris/shoulders on monday biceps/back on tuesday legs on wed chest/tris/shoulders on thursday i do cardio after my workout each day. but i think im lacking in a good diet if anyone out there has any ideas for me let me know it would really help. |

| You answered your won question bro. Why dont you post your diet and we can help you better then?Also all your stats ie. age etc. Also if you are a Powerlifter as your name states you have no need for definition.DOnt go out and be a fat bastard but some bf is benificial to you. |

| ok well im 5'9 about 190lbs with about 16-18%bf im 18 and have no clue really what a good diet would be for a bodybuilder. i have been a powerlifter for some time now but ive given it up and been doing cardio after workouts. i wanna go with the look over the power now its time i get serious about it. 1.i usually eat about 4eggs every morning 2.a salad at with a can of tuna+protein shake b4 lifting 3.2 boneless skinless chicken breasts+protein shake after lifting 4.finally b4 i hit the sack i eat 2tbls on peanut butter/and some low fat cottage cheese.(natsy combo) if u have maybe a diet u use or any ideas for mine let me know it is most appreciated. |

| first off, to powerlift, drop the chest thing twice a week idea... run something like this: monday - legs tuesday - chest/shoulders/triceps thursday- back/biceps and for diet, you have to figure out what works for you, each person is different, so what may work for me might not work for you. Although we can give you general outlines, and you can go from there. basically you need to figure out what kind of diet would work best for you, and then figure out exactly the ratios you need to maintain your weight, then adjust from there |

| Thank you gymphreak, ill have to change up my workout for bodybuilding but am i really going to be able to get cut by lifting only 3 days a week? maybe ill do an all abb day on wed. Workout aside, around how many calories should i be eating a day if im around 190lbs 16-18% bf and im trying to get down to like 8-10% bf. |

| well you need to figure out exactly how many calories per day you need to maintain your weight, and then adjust from there in small decreases in calories for weight loss along with some cardio |

| oh yeh i had another question, would any of those fat burners help me much like hydroxycut? ive never tried any of them so i dont know if they are good or not |

| ok thx gymphreak, but how would i go about that is there a calculator or somthing online i can check out? because right now i havnt been eating regularly at home because ive been trying lose the bf |
