On sunday I worked out my legs. I did 4 sets of suats, 4 deadlifts, 4 leg press, and 3 leg curls, i was doing heavy weight too. The next day I was maybe slightly sore, not even practically. Do i need to change up my work out or go even heavier?

being sore is not really a good measure of how well you worked your body

What Freak said can be true for those with alot of experience lifting. Now if you are relitively new to lifting then you may need to change your routine. Be sore isnt a big deal but if your not sore and your legs dont feel fatigued at all the following days then you need to up your intensity. Change your rep scheme. Go higher reps for a few weeks. Squats 12-15 reps are killer. Or give 20 rep breathing squats a try.
