| Can anyone advice me how can I lift the edges of my traps (Humped up } ) I do Barbell shrugs. 4 sets of 15 reps. how can i achieve my goal. Any advice would be accepted. |

| genetics cant be altered. your routine is fine, just keep training to add thickness and the edges will come up over time |

| gp is right ypou can;t change muscle shape deadlifitng has improved my traps though. |

| You could try some behind the back pull ups. When I 1st started out i could only do about 6-8. Now i can do 3 sets of 8 and I can see a noticable size difference in my traps and back. These suckers are tough to do so you may need a partner to help ya get a few extra in. |

| I highly doubt you are gonna see any results in 2-3 weeks.Give any exercise or routine changes 8+ weeks before you judge its results. |

| Well you arent gonna get much work on your traps doing pull downs. Upright row and shrugs are your best bets.Give it time they will come. |

| Can any one tell me the right excercise for trapizius. I dont feel contraction In my trapezius while i do shrugs. Pls help very keen to develop great trapizius |

| I read this somewhere, tried it, and it seems to work for me. Use standing calf raise machine to do shrugs. |

| bb bent over rows are really good for making traps better, as well as bb shrugs with heavy weight. like gymphreak says it does take time. |

| hang cleans and deadlifts got mine pretty dam big ... i very rarely ever do shrugs |
