ive been lifting for a little under a year with basically same routine

mon-bicep/delt/stomach stand up barbell/vbarbell/lateral curls./dumbell shrugs/curl machine

tues-chest/forearm incline/decline/flat sometimes?/dumb flys/(crazy forearm routine im not touching)

wed-shoulder/tricep shoulder press/frontricpt shoulder lift/backshoulder flys
tricep pull down/e string/trisep behind neck

thurs-back started doing low rows/t bar/pulldown/
fri-x

sat-legs/stomach squats/legpress/calfbounce/leg curl/ machine crunches/
sun-x

i got pics in the pic section im 195/6'0/just turned 18 i dk what my bf is im pretty lean.
i want to be like a cut 230 by the time im 20 im all natural now just protien and cretine i know ill start cycling at like 20-23 very dedicate

MY main ? is is it bad to keep the same routine for to long will ure body get 2 used to it i like going 5 days a week it keeps me mad motivated should i change up days like mon tri and stuff? if u know what im saying any input would be appreciated.

if it aint broke, dont fix...are you still making gains and getting stronger? if so...no point changing it...

I agree with GP if ur still makng gians on the routine keep it going
