Skull Crushers are the best exercise for Tris. Watch them grow. Only prob is you need a spotter......... hence the name "skull-crusher"

salmon steak? do you know what a salmon is? well imagine a salmon gutted, then you cut it into steaks....

First off, you dont need a spotter for skull-crushers...all ya gotta do is bring the bar to your chest when you are failing... Secondly, skullcrushers are probably one of the most abusive tricep excersises for the elbows. If you want giant triceps, do alot of benching movements and your triceps will grow great, thus increasing your bench numbers./...excersises such as close grip bench, Dumbell hammer presses, rack lockouts, floor presses, etc....the latter work triceps far more.
