Just wondering. Right now I am concentrating on standing bb presses, L-raises, front raises, bent over rear delt raises, and upright rows. Does this sound like a good mass building routine as far as the exercises I've chosen are concerned? Thanks...

I drop both the front rasies and bent over rear delt raise because your already hitting the front delt on bench day and with the upright rows and rea delts because they get hit hard on back day.

So limit it to the upright rows, and press (standing), I sometimes use a machine (stack) for the seated press but seems to hit the fronts more than the sides is that right?
