How do you guys that are cut up, everywhere, get like that? Are some men just more genetically inclined to be like that? How on earth do you get so fine!! :hi: I'm wondering because my husband is about to start a work out plan too (copy cat) but I'd hate to see him get disappointed when he doesn't get the same results. (disclaimer: i'm perfectly happy with my teddy-eddy bear...) He'd like to get rid of his love handles, which I happen to love, and beef up his pecs. Any suggestions?

um, a good diet and workout plan...

it all comes down ot having a solid plan and sticking to it.... it's really hard ot stick to some times but if you cna do it you will get the resutls you want

but most people do;nt get there because it's hard work

well get him on a good diet, and a good workout routine. In order to shed bodyfat, hes gonna have to clean up the diet (this is the main key) and do some cardio. And to bring out the size/definition of his muscles, he'll lift weights.....

diet and spread out the lifting because if he concentrates on one certain area like chest or stomach then the rest of the body will be losing. and will look off.

Diet is the key to growing or shedding off the pounds. You will never get lean or big by just working out, you have to have a solid Diet. Why burn 400 calories at the gym and then turn around and have a mars bar (which has 400 calories) before bed. Sorry if I'm rambling but these guys are right, Diet is definitely key!
