| Alot of the time it will take my pecs and legs a long time to recover. My pecs around 3 days my legs sometimes up to 5 days? Why do i have such a long recovery time? |

| alright, thanks but would glutamine and more protein help, cause im on creatine right now. Im just wonderin if the creatine has sometin to do with the recovery time. and even if my legs are soar and i give them a day rest, can i work them the next day even if there a bit soar? |

| Your muscles are damaged so they need repair (growth). Lots of protein shakes cuts your recovery time a bit. Rest is the best too. If you really want to grow faster and feel soreness just for a day if not at all get on the juice. :thumbs: Youll feel soreness and workout that body part the next day because your recovery time is ten fold. |

| Intake protein before, during and after the workout and try to get 10 hours of sleep or a 2 hour nap during the day. But like someone else said "genetics"! |

| I couldnt have protein during a workout, whether it be a shake, or a bar, i would puke... :( |

| Try a bc amino drink then. Helps with preventing muscle breakdown that occurs during the workout. |
