i am going to start training for football, and i heard this was a good excercise to build up your legs. the only problem is i have no clue what the hell a clean is.i also heard of power cleans. what's the difference? thanks in advance. :D

Cleans are amazing for football.

Your using a lot of hipflexor muscles which are used a lot playing ball.

I did them 3 times a week and got as thick as an OX.

Id stick to cleans and flat bench for football specific exercises in the gym.

Besides that, body mass dominates on the playing field so stick to bodybuilding there after.

After playing 4 years of univ ball myself, ive learnt that eveyones on the juice bro. The coaches pretend they dont want you too, but only the strongest survive.

How do you think players stay injury free all career?

no juce for me. i'm stayin natural 1) because it would be illegal for me to use them 2)steroids are like cheating, and i don't want to cheat. 3) i don't want to go bald and die at the age of 50. sure, you can get good mass gains on them, but i don't want to inject hormones into my body. no thank you...

Good decision MOP! You are making a wise choice.You can achieve a great build without them.Good to see some people still feel this way. .
Not that using AS is a bad thing but unless you are gonna compete it really is silly to use.
