| when i do them i dont really feel a burn in my triceps, i know im doin then with the correct form. It gets difficult to continue lifting it but i dont feel a burn in my triceps. should i up the weight? |

| how many reps are oyu doing? the burn isn't wlways a good measure you should be able ot push yourself ot the point that you can't do another rep after your final set |

| ok, its just when i do pulldowns i really feel it right in the heads of the triceps. Im doin 12 reps, sorry not pulldowns skullcrushers |

| how are u doing ur skull crushers? if you take it over ur head you wont get the burn your looking for hints the name....you should touch your forhead with the bar, i usually hit about 12,10,then 8 for my last one and im blown out. |

| with skullcrushers you have to use very strict form in order to get the proper result out of it.... |

| have you tried pressdowns they work well for tris and you can hold at the bottom of each rep for better results. |

| Nother Trick is keep your elbows close to Ur Body & don't let them flair out -keeping them close to the body puts more stress on the tricep. This is one of my favorites & gives a great pump. |
