| i lift 5 x a week mon -fri sat sun off mon bi,trap,stomach tues chest,tricep,forearm wed shoulder thurs back fri legs, stomach i like it but i feel i never do a good enought tri work out would it be bad to go 6 x a week so i could break my tri to a different day.i wouldnt mind it but would i be overtraing my bro says i should only do stomach 1ce a week but i feel like its totally repaired by the next day and im not traingn it enough. |

| i agree stomach should be done more than once a week but perhaps your not getting the best workout because you are doing forarms and chest along with tris. you may be tired after your other workouts. |

| Remember that your tri's are getting hit hard with your bench press movements. I know what you're saying though because I do chest and Tri's on the same night, those are usually long workouts for me. Splitting the tri's could work better, but remember you'll be working the triceps on the chest days as well. |

| thats a rough workout in itself because of how much arms you do in one day. it prolly rips you up while your doing it too. |

| well guy here is my old workout that i loved and i made insane gains on its prolly gonna sound like overtraining to most of these guys...but u could feel every muscle being worked not sure about how much size it can bring you but my arms went from 12's to 19's, and my chest from 37" to about 52" in about 2 months i weight about 215lbs with about 14%bf after gaining. mon chest, tris, shoulders, this way your not busting your arms ass but your still working hard and it really boost your bench press tues back and bi's here you can focus mainly on your bicep and back (tuesdays and mondays took me forever) wed i did legs this day usually alternating deadlifts and squat each week because of how much it takes outa you. thur same as monday fri same as tuesday i did stomache every other day mon wed fri and i also did cardio every day after workouts |
