| What is a good movement for lower bicep and upper forearm, around the elbow? I do preacher curls with a cambered bar and sometimes use a straight bar to change it up a bit. What works for you? |

| all biecpes movement wil hit the entire bicep really so as lnog as ur donig a fullr range of motin u should be fine muscle shape is genetic forwamrs jsut do wrist cursl and reverse wrist curls |
