| I am currently working out on a four day rotation. Day one is chest day. day two I work out legs as to give upper body a rest after hard chest day. third day I do bis and tris and fourth day is shoulders and back. I do a type of pyramid workout. 1x12,1x10,1x8,1x6,1x4,1x8. by the fifth set I can barely get the last one without help from spotter. I then drop back down and do a set of 8 with a weight that I cannot get for the full eight reps. I was just wondering if this was a good workout or am I wasting my time. I have gained 15 lbs in 3 months and have upped my bench max by 70 lbs. thanks for the input |
