hey everyone i am new to the site and at only a couple of years still relatively new to the bodybuilding world i am 22 years old weigh 232 and have come up from about 170 since i was 19. my question is i am looking for a good routine to follow to really get ready to go into the competing world my mass is coming pretty good but i just really need to take it to the next level in muscle devolpment. i am lookin to start competing in the all natural level so any advice would be really great thanks
